Paranoia! In the Russian city of Bratsk a rather geeky competition which local Russian citizens called “You have gotta kick Obama’s ass” was held. Many of Bratsk's teenagers participated in this strange competition which involved posters bearing Obama's likeness installed in the central street of the city. So anyone in this Russian city, if they wished could take out their misplaced frustration on the US president.
